Antiochian Orthodox Christian Mission in the Philippines The now defunct Antiochian Orthodox Christian Mission in the Philippines was a jurisdiction of the Antiochian Orthodox Church governed by the Archdiocese of Australia, New Zealand, and All Oceania. The current Syrian Consul-General, Mohammed Issam el-Debs, claims he knows of some Orthodox families who have been living in the country since 1804.
