If this occurs, please submit a ticket to our Client Service team at https://www.domaintools.com/support. If your DomainTools payment method is PayPal, it may be necessary for you to log in to your PayPal account to cancel the active Billing Agreement for the DomainTools.com subscription, in addition to following the DomainTools cancellation procedures.
